How It Works
Step 1 – Contact Us
Contact us by phone, email, or text and let us know what type of work you would like to complete.
For larger or more complex projects—such as home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, or projects requiring floor plans—we will schedule a free on-site visit.
For simpler projects, we may ask you to send us photos to speed up the process.
Step 2 – Detailed Estimate
We provide a fully itemized quote that includes all labor, materials, transportation, and applicable taxes.
Our pricing is guaranteed, unless the original scope of work or selected materials change.
Step 3 – Approval & Agreement
For small projects under $1,000, verbal approval is sufficient.
For projects over $1,000, a written contract and a deposit are required before work begins.
Step 4 – Completion & Payment
Once the work is completed:
Small projects are paid by e-transfer at the end of the job.
Larger projects follow the payment schedule outlined in the signed agreement.
